England coach Gareth Southgate is concerned seeing an all English Champions League final.
Southgate fears his Nations League plans for this summer will be wrecked if any Premier League clubs reach the Champions League Final.
“It could be a mess," admitted the England boss, who has seen Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham all qualify for Friday's quarter-finals draw. “Let's say two of our teams made it to the Champions League Final [as happened in 2008, when Man United beat Chelsea].
“We wouldn't see them, at best, until the Monday before we play on the Thursday — so, 'Good luck with that'.
“We're in a semi-final, qualified [for it] six months ago, what a great opportunity to win something... and then you don't actually get the team together."
