England and Manchester City star Jack Grealish kept his promise of a custom celebration to a disabled fan.
Grealish was interacting with a young fan named Finlay, who follows the midfielder's club side City.
He promised Finlay that he would do a celebration just for him the next time he scored.
After Grealish netted the sixth goal in England's 6-2 win over Iran, he did the exact celebration the young fan had shown him.
Finlay has cerebral palsy, which is a condition that Grealish knows a lot about, considering his sister also suffers from the same ailment.
The pair met at City's Football Academy earlier this month, where Finlay plays on the disability football team.
