Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes are finding themselves increasingly sidelined at Manchester United.

The Manchester Evening News says Giggs and Scholes, 39 and 38 respectively, are clearly being phased out now as their impact begins to wane.

Scholes hasn't started a Premier League game since the home win against QPR almost a month ago and Giggs hasn't been in Sir Alex Ferguson's XI in the league since the 1-0 defeat at Norwich.
