The Daily Star says the teen is on Spurs' radar this season.

Just 17, Diousse has battled his way into Empoli's first team this Serie B season.

Empoli president Fabrizio Corsi is aware of interest from Tottenham and AC Milan, but believes Diousse should be allowed to develop where he is.
