Empoli superkid Tommas Baldanzi admits he draws inspiration from AS Roma striker Paulo Dybala.
Baldanzi has burst onto the scene this season.
He said, "I've never had particular idols, I try to look at the strongest at every level. It's not easy, but if you can imitate them it can help you improve.
"I admire Dybala, he's a great player who fits my role very well.
"On a scale of one to ten he's a ten and I'm not on the scale yet, but I look up to him because we have quite similar moves."
On coach Paolo Zanetti, Baldanzi also said: "Zanetti has given me more, he's making me play as a regular starter: he's a great man as well as a very good coach, we prepare matches very well, he has a great way of keeping us on track, we listen to him and the good results are also thanks to him."
