Empoli striker Pinamonti: Lukaku a good giant

Empoli striker Andrea Pinamonti appreciates the support he has from parent club Inter Milan.

The 22-year-old is on loan at Empoli from Inter and has scored nine goals in 29 Serie A appearances this term.

"I've heard so many times that I was wasting one year, but it's not like that," he told DAZN.

“Despite not playing regularly, I learned so much, maybe more than ever. I was aware of my choice. I knew Inter were full of champions, but my agent and I decided to stay to work with Conte. I knew he could teach me a lot.

Romelu Lukaku is a good giant, one of the nicest people I've ever met. He is so calm and I have excellent memories of him. Many times we laughed together and he gave me tips.

“The most useful one is how to use the body. He kept telling me that it's something crucial for a striker and I am trying to put it into practice this season."
