Empoli chief Marcello Carli says they won't block Maurizio Sarri from moving to a bigger club. Sarri has been linked with a summer move to AC Milan, where Pippo Inzaghi (above) is expected to be sacked.

Carli said of their coach: "It's clear, if Milan want to take our Mr Sarri, we will step aside.

"When you love a bird and it wants to fly, you have to let it fly.

"We at Empoli, we just want people motivated and confident."
