Villarreal coach Unai Emery says total focus is now on the Europa League final against Manchester United.

The Yellow Submarine ended their LaLiga campaign with defeat to Real Madrid on Saturday.

Afterwards, Emery stated: "We were winning then everything changed in a few minutes. We lost the main goal which was the Europa League qualification in January and February. The disappointment is not for today's game, on the contrary, this gives us good ideas for the final on Wednesday, when we will fight for a title and a jackpot that is the Champions League.

"Our idea was to win today's game and wait to see what Real Sociedad and Betis would do. We enter the Conference League, even if on Wednesday we will have 90 minutes to give us the Champions League.

"We weren't consistent in the championship and this penalised us. However, I am happy with the attitude and behaviour of the team. Fortunately for us the season does not end today."
