Unai Emery's intensity is having a positive impact on Arsenal's squad, according to teenager Emile Smith Rowe.
The Spaniard, who replaced Arsene Wenger at the helm in the summer, has lead Arsenal to unbeaten run of 21 games.
Smith Rowe has benefitted for Emery's management, having become a key figure in the Gunners' Europa League campaign.
And the 18-year-old has praised Emery's style for getting the best out of his players.
"He's very passionate and very detailed as well," Smith Rowe told Sky Sports. "He wants it how he wants it.
"He's not going to pull back, he's just going to keep trying and keep getting what he wants. I think that's good for the whole team.
"He does speak a lot in Spanish when he gets a bit angry, but it's good that he's so passionate.
"He wants to win and he wants to improve."
