Emerson will be in Seville on Friday to launch his Real Betis career.

He joins from Atletico Mineiro on an initial loan deal.

Emerson has recently been competing in the South American Under-20 competition with his native Brazil.

As of July 1, as agreed by all parties, Barcelona will complete the permanent purchase of Emerson and immediately afterwards, sell 50 percent of his rights to Betis.

The Brazilian will remain at the Estadio Benito Villamarin for at least two more seasons and will wear the No.24 jersey with his new employers.
