Chelsea fullback Emerson Palmieri says he wants manager Maurizio Sarri to stay.

Sarri is set to be confirmed as Juventus coach.

But Emerson, currently with the Italy squad, said: "I think Sarri should stay at Chelsea, but in football you just never know what will happen."

Emerson's former AS Roma coach Luciano Spalletti is being linked with Chelsea.

And he added: "I would be happy to work with Spalletti again, he is a fantastic coach and a great person. I have much to thank him for."
