AFC Bournemouth captain Tommy Elphick believes the playing group should enjoy the stress of chasing promotion to the Premier League.
The Cherries let go of top spot on the Championship table as they slipped up with a 2-2 draw at home to Sheffield Wednesday because of a last-minute penalty.
Bournemouth now sit a point behind league leaders Watford with two matches remaining and Elphick has implored his players to relish the challenge of going after a title rather than become nervous.
"Pressure is when you're down the bottom, the chance of you losing the money and struggling to pay mortgages by getting relegated," said the 26-year old defender.
"This is something we should be embracing, relishing and trying to meet head on.
"We're not surprised about twists and turns, it's the nature of the beast. We've got nine days of good training to come, and get ready for the last two games."
Bournemouth next take on 17th-placed Bolton next Monday night prior to the final fixture of the term against 10th-placed Charlton Athletic on May 2.
