Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is wanted by AC Milan as a replacement for Rino Gattuso.

Corriere della Sera says Conte is Milan's No1 target should they be forced to sack Gattuso.

Gattuso's job is on the line ahead of Milan's clash with SPAL.

However, should Milan owners Elliott Management choose to act, Conte has informed them he doesn't wish to make the move.

As an alternative, Elliott have requested sports chief Leonardo to make himself available, but the Brazilian is reluctant to return to the dugout.
