Elfsborg youth chief Tony Lundqvist has recalled working with Manchester United winger Anthony Elanga.
Elanga signed for United at 13, though also spent time with Elfsborg.
"He was one of the better guys, neither more nor less. A good player, but who can decide that at that age? Then you have to hire a child psychologist. These are toddlers we are talking about. It was more that he was there every time, he was interested and had commitment," Lundqvist told GP.
"They were some guys who were very interesting and he was one of them, you could say in general. To say something else is just a hoax and a joke in some way."
On Elanga's current success, Lundqvist added: "It's a lot of fun, but we cannot claim any of this. He was like ten years old and was here playing."
