Elche midfielder Javier Pastore says he enjoyed playing for Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti.

Pastore played for Ancelotti at PSG and Elche are set to meet Real Madrid this weekend.

The Argentine said: "I had a very good relationship with Ancelotti. He made me play on the wing and brought out the best in me. He is a very good, fantastic coach and knows how to manage the group well to get the best out of each player.

"He gave me a lot of advice and helped me to grow on the field.

"Ancelotti likes to wait for the other teams, defend well and counterattack. It is a brand that he has and he has done well in all the clubs he has been in."
