West Ham face German competition for Liverpool defender Nat Phillips.

Ahead of the January market, Phillips has declared plans to leave Anfield in January in search of regular first team football.

West Ham have already expressed interest in Phillips after losing Angelo Ogbonna for the season due to a knee injury.

However, BBC Sport reports Eintracht Frankfurt are also interested in Phillips.

Both clubs are keen to discuss an initial loan arrangement with the Reds.
