Chelsea defender Michael Hector is battling to stay on the pitch for loan club Eintracht Frankfurt.
On-loan for the season in Frankfurt, Hector has already seen two red cards this season.
But despite the setbacks, the Jamaica international has impressed coaching staff and teammates.
Defensive partner David Abraham stated: "In England, football is played just rougher, here it's with more feeling ..."
Eintracht coach Niko Kovac said: "He's a guy like a tree. He goes out there big and strong. Until the expulsion I have seen a good Hector. He brought next to Abraham stability to us."
Club director Fredi Bobic added: "The errors are going to happen. He needs more support from those around him."
