Edworthy hoping Norwich keep Aarons

Former Norwich Coty fullback Marc Edworthy is urging Max Aarons to stay.

Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund have been among those linked with City's academy graduate.

“He (Aarons) has got a wonderful future and he's playing superbly well in the Premier League at the moment," Edworthy told edp24.co.uk.

“Ideally, they'd love to keep him but if you get relegated then the vultures begin to come out and they go for the young, top-quality players and he's certainly one of them.

“I just hope he can stay at Norwich because he's got a wonderful future ahead of him."
