Arsenal's new technical director Edu plans to sign his son to the club's academy.
Edu is set to bring his 15-year-old son Luigi Gaspar to the club in order to follow in his father's footsteps.
Former midfielder Edu played for Arsenal between 2001 and 2005, making 79 appearances including 30 in the famous 2003/04 Invincibles season.
And teenager Luigi, an attacking midfielder, is now set to take up a place at the Gunners academy in a free transfer move from Corinthians, according to Brazilian website Meu Timao.
The youngster posted a goodbye message to the club on his Instagram account, writing: "It was a pleasure to play for Corinthians, where I've won many titles, I've grown as person to be who I am today. My heart is black and white.
"Thanks again for everything Corinthians. I will forever be grateful to all of you."
