Recent reports suggests that Miller Castillo is on trial with MLS club Houston Dynamo.

The Ecuadorian forward of Mexican second division club Lobos de la BUAP, has been scouted by the Dynamo and according to president of business operations Chris Canetti would be a good fit for the club.

"[Castillo's] in the Mexican second division, but they know about him and think he's a good fit for MLS and a good player," Canetti told MLSsoccer.com.

"When we found out he was able to come on trial, we said, 'Yes.' In soccer, you never know where you can find a diamond in rough."

Castillo will play a recently scheduled reserve match against the Monterrey U-20s on July 10.
