Dyche delighted with Burnley comeback

Burnley boss Sean Dyche admits he is enjoying his side's return to form after a poor beginning to the season.

The promoted Clarets have won three and drawn two of their last six Premier League outings to be sitting above the relegation zone and their recent results, including the weekend's 1-0 win over Southampton, has Dyche feeling good about the team's progress.

"We've worked very hard to where we have got to so far," Dyche told Sky Sports.

"We've been happy with the progress made. I did speak in the first 10 games of the season when a lot of questions were asked of us about winning games.

"I did about the team growing and learning. We have put ourselves in a good position at the moment. We've got some good performances and some good points on the table, but there are no guarantees going forward.

"We know we've got some awkward games coming up and some big games coming up, but we are looking forward to them because we want that challenge."

Burnley, who have tallied 15 points in their 16 league outings, face Tottenham, Liverpool and reigning champions Manchester City over the hectic Christmas period.
