Sean Dyche has praised his team's resilience as they turned around their form in the Premier League.
Burnley are still within range of the relegation places, but they have pushed forward with wins over Leicester City and Manchester United, while getting a point against Arsenal.
The results against very difficult opponents have put them in a better than expected position going into the rest of the season.
And Dyche lauded his players for how they stepped up.
"I am a realist and there are some very tough challenges in the league and on paper, on the back of losing four people are wondering how that will come out," Dyche told reporters, via the Lancashire Telegraph.
"I am pleased to say we focus on the facts and not the perception and I think that is a really healthy return.
"Three very good sides and we have taken seven points from that and the players deserve it – they have worked very hard to, not turn things around as we were not a million miles away, but to turn the key moments in a game our way."
