Dwight McNeil admits he's still pinching himself after an amazing week at Burnley.

Within days, the midfielder made his European debut against Olympiacos and then a full Premier League bow in defeat to Manchester United.

“It's been a dream come true, it's happened so fast," McNeil told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.

“I found out on Wednesday I was starting in Europe. With how the first leg went being 3-1 down I didn't expect to be starting, I just expected to be in and around it.

“But I was really happy when I found out I was just starting.

“And then I started against United and I'm a United fan as well, I couldn't believe it, it was another dream come true, but it's about taking it in and taking it on board."
