Dwight McNeil has signed a new contract with Burnley.
McNeil has extended his existing contract by a further 12 months after agreeing a deal until June, 2024 with the option of a further year.
The 20-year-old winger follows team-mate Ashley Westwood in signing a new deal at Burnley since the start of the 2020/21 season after club captain Ben Mee extended his contract by a further 12 months in the summer.
“I'm delighted to sign a new contract. I love playing for the club and it's a club I want to be at," said McNeil – who has started every Premier League game bar one for the Clarets since the end of 2018.
“It's a great position to be in and I couldn't have asked for more help from the lads, to be honest.
“My focus was always to be a Burnley player and carry on doing what I'm doing because I love the club, I love the team and playing for the gaffer and that's what I want to carry on doing."
