Dutch league leaders Twente Enschede are after Hamilton Accies ace James McArthur. SunSport claims Steve McClaren's Eredivisie leaders have joined the chase to land the midfielder next month.

Ex-England boss McClaren sent a top scout to New Douglas Park to see McArthur star in last week's 2-1 victory over Hearts.

SunSport has already revealed that Spanish aces Real Betis are huge admirers.

McClaren would have to shell out around £1million for the 22 tear old who still has 18 months left on his contract.
