Andrew Durante and Jeremy Brockie were at the forefront of the Wellington Phoenix awards night on Thursday.

Skipper Durante was named the Sony Player of the Year as voted by the Phoenix coaches and season ticket holders/Club Members whilst Brockie picked up a trio of awards for his brilliant debut season with the club.

The New Zealand national team striker grabbed the adidas Golden Boot for his 16 goals, the Nova Energy Goal of the Year for his stunning Round 15 strike against the Brisbane Roar and the TAB Sport Players' Player of the Year award.

Durante had a stellar season at centre-back and was rewarded for his efforts with the player of the year prize, making it his second for the 'Nix following his 2009/10 triumph.
