Birmingham City chairman Peter Pannu has confirmed that the club will still sign Morgaro Gomis from Dundee United.
Even with manager Alex McLeish stepping down from his role, the relegated Brum will still bring in the 25-year old French-born Senegalese midfielder who joined the Terrors back in 2007.
Pannu, who is furious over McLeish's decision to quit, made it clear that his departure will not affect the transfer of Gomis.
"Gomis is still coming in to Birmingham," said Pannu.
