France World Cup winner Chrisophe Dugarry would love to see Jose Mourinho move to Ligue 1.

The former Manchester United and Chelsea manager has been linked with Lille and Lyon this week.

And Dugarry told RMC: "I think Mourinho's biggest problem is that he has been caught in an incredible prism. I want him to come to Ligue 1 and come back to base. What he did in Porto was not buying players for billions, he was training, in pedagogy, in compassion, in the accompaniment of his players.

"Except that the guy sees himself so beautiful, he had the chance to sign for big clubs, win ... bravo for what he did, he's a great coach, there is no problem for that.

"But I think he needs to get back to the basics. I want to see him in Lyon precisely, go train the youth, go to the grounds, go to training ... what made the basis of his strength!"
