Christophe Dugarry says playing for Louis van Gaal at Barcelona was "like a living hell".
Currently a pundit for Le Vesteire, Dugarry didn't hold back in his criticism for ex-Manchester United manager Van Gaal more specifically.
"I pretended to cry so I'd be allowed to leave," the striker said. "He'd [Van Gaal] say things like 'in the 23, 48 and 53 minutes you lost possession- why?' and you'd have to answer!
"I couldn't take it anymore and wanted to go.
"Those were a horrible six months, a living hell."
