Damien Duff hopes to end his time with Fulham keeping the club in the Premier League.
The veteran midfielder comes off contract in June.
Duff has made more than 150 appearances for Fulham since his move from Newcastle United in 2009.
He said: "It's been a brilliant club to me for the past five years, so it's heartbreaking to see the way it's gone this season. Nothing's gone right, on or off the pitch, but we've still got the games to put it right."
