Bartlomiej Dragowski insists Fiorentina's players are behind coach Vincenzo Montella.
Montella is battling to keep his job after a disappointing first-half of the season.
"This is a difficult moment, we have to start over because none of us are happy after four straight defeats," goalkeeper Dragowski told Sky Sport Italia.
“We have to do something different, we want to overcome this crisis.
“Now we play against Inter, who are a strong team, but we aren't afraid of them.
“We know they are top of the table and, if they continue to play like they have been, they will stay ahead of the rest.
“We will give everything on the pitch and we will give everything to win this game, also for [Vincenzo] Montella."
