Stewart Downing was delighted with West Ham United's victory over Hull City.
The Hammers' 3-0 home win over Hull on Sunday - courtesy of goals from Andy Carroll, Morgan Amalfitano and Downing - took them up to seventh in the Barclays Premier League table after a run of four winless matches had seen them drop off the pace.
Downing said: "We just moved the ball quicker in the second half - in the first half we didn't do it quick enough and we made it easy for Hull who had a lot of men behind the ball.
"In the second half we were making a lot of good runs and getting men in the box, so it was a much better performance."
