West Ham United have confirmed midfielder Harvard Nordtveit is on his way to Hoffenheim after an £8m fee was agreed between the two clubs.
Nordtviet signed with the Hammers last summer from Borussia Monchengladbach on a free transfer.
However, his time at London Stadium was hardly memorable, making just 21 appearances for the season.
"I would like to thank Havard for his commitment and hard work last season," said West Ham manager Slaven Bilic.
"He is an excellent professional and we wish him all the very best at Hoffenheim."
