Swansea City have secured the signing of Michael Obafemi from Southampton.
The 21-year-old striker has completed his medical and signed a long-term contract in a permanent transfer.
The Republic of Ireland international was a long-term target for the Swans, while they are set to pay a fee of £1.5 million, rising to £2 million with add-ons.
Obafemi had a year remaining on his Southampton contract, and last appeared for the Saints in the Carabao Cup against Newport last week.
Obafemi played 39 games for Southampton in all competitions, netting five goals.
