Stoke have confirmed the signing of Darren Fletcher from West Bromwich Albion.
The Potters took to Twitter to show off their new acquisition.

The Scotland international signed a two-year deal with Stoke after his contract with West Brom finished at the end of the season.
Fletcher made 96 appearances for the Baggies after arriving from Manchester United in 2015.
