Sheffield United have clinched a deal for Rangers goalkeeper Wes Foderingham.
Foderingham is a free agent following the expiry of his contract at Rangers in May and the Blades have moved to snap him up on a deal that will begin when the transfer window reopens.
The 29 year-old will move to Bramall Lane initially as No.2 with boss Chris Wilder keen to re-sign on-loan Dean Henderson as first choice next season.
Sheffield United are also keen on Reading midfielder John Swift and are also on the lookout for a centre-back and striker in the next window.
Foderingham is famous for his bust-up as a young goalkeeper with former Swindon Town manager Paolo Di Canio.
