Sheffield United attacker Tyler Smith has joined Rochdale on loan until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old forward has previously made over 30 appearances in League One with Doncaster Rovers and Bristol Rovers.

Smith started the season on loan at Bristol Rovers, where he made 28 appearances, scoring five times.

The Sheffield-born striker started last season with a temporary spell at Barrow, before moving to Doncaster.
