Real Madrid have swooped for Tenerife goalkeeper Carlos Abad-Hernández.

Abad has joined the Real Castilla on a season-long loan.

Tenerife announced the deal on their website: “Tenerife and Real Madrid have this Wednesday signed a loan agreement for two seasons, with Carlos Abad-Hernández joining Real Madrid Castilla, the white club's second team, that plays in Segunda Division B, being coached by Zinedine Zidane for another season."

At the end of the loan period Real Madrid will have the right to buy the player.
