Real Betis have clinched the signing of Sporting CP midfielder William Carvalho.
Marca says Betis president Angel Haro, vice president López Catalán and the club's top sports manager, Lorenzo Serra Ferrer, are all in Lisbon closing an agreement with Sporting.
Betis will pay €15m for 80 per cent of Carvalho's registration. The fee will rise dependent on bonuses.
The Portugal international will arrive as among the highest paid players at Betis.
Carvalho becomes the club's fifth summer signing after Pau Lopez, Joel Robles, Sergio Canales and Takashi Inui.
