Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of Jordan Cousins from Charlton Athletic.
The 22-year-old midfielder has signed a three-year deal with QPR for a fee of £1.25million.
Cousins first linked up with Charlton's academy as a 12-year-old in 2006 and has now departed The Valley after 10 years and and over 130 first team appearances.
"I felt this was the right time for me to move on - and for it to be to a massive club like QPR is a real pleasure for me," he told www.qpr.co.uk.
"This is a fresh, new start for me and one I am going to grab with both hands."
R's boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink added: "When I arrived here, I spoke at length about the kind of players I wanted to attract to QPR - and Jordan fits that bill exactly.
"He's young, he's hungry, he's got Championship experience and he's got great potential to keep on improving at QPR.
"I am absolutely delighted he's a QPR player and can't wait to start working with him."
I'm delighted to join @QPRFC. Can't wait to get started. Thank you for all the messages #JordanJoinspic.twitter.com/8izPxFvgHz
