Manchester United defender Will Fish is going out on loan this season.

The 19-year-old centre-back has signed for Hibernian in Scotland in pursuit of regular first-team football.

The highly-rated starlet was a part of United's pre-season tour this summer under boss Erik ten Hag.

Hibernian FC Manager Lee Johnson stated, per the club website: "Will comes to us with an excellent pedigree captaining Manchester United's Under-23s and playing for England.

"He's a dominant centre-back who is comfortable with the ball at his feet and adds extra depth to our defence.

"We welcome him to the Club with open arms and look forward to working with him."
