Ravel Morrison has signed a short-term deal with Swedish side Ostersunds.

The 26-year-old, who most recently played Mexican club Atlas on loan from Lazio, has signed a six-month deal with an option to extend his stay further.

Ostersunds' English manager Ian Burchnall said: "It's a fantastic recruitment for us. David Webb, our technical director, has done a fantastic job.

"Morrison has trained with us for a while and we have talked to him about his career and what he wants. It feels great that he is now our player."
