Manchester City are wrapping up a deal for Pachuca midfielder Hirving Lozano.

Univision says City are signing Lozano for €20 million - in partnership with PSV Eindhoven.

The Mexico international will spend two seasons with PSV, before joining City.

PSV have been working with City in a partnership to help them compete in the global transfer market.

The Dutch giants will cough up a fee to City, though it is the Premier League giants who will foot the bill for Lozano's original transfer.
