Leicester City have signed Blackburn Rovers youngster Callum Wright.
The 17-year-old winger has penned a professional deal until 2021 at the Foxes having scored four goals in 14 games for Rovers' high-flying Under-23s this season.
He also helped the club's Under-18s reach the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup, scoring in the fourth-round victory over Watford.
Rovers' academy manager Stuart Jones told the club's website: "Ultimately, we did everything we could to try and keep Callum, but the situation was taken out of our hands when Premier League clubs became interested.
"He's a young player and when Premier League clubs came calling, both he and his family were keen to move on."
