Preston North End have snapped up Leicester City goalkeeper Daniel Iversen.

After last season's successful loan, Iversen is returning to Deepdale for another 12 months.

He said, "I'm really happy to be back after waiting for it for a few weeks. I can't wait to see the fans again so I can say thank them for their support last season.

"Hopefully it continues this season.

"I want to do my best for the club for training and matches, and then we have to see after the season what happens."
