Leicester City and AS Monaco have a deal in place for Yuri Tielemans, it has been revealed.

Le 10 Sport says an agreement now exists which will see Adrien Silva move in the opposite direction.

Silva's signing is a personal request of reappointed ASM coach Leonardo Jardim, who rates the midfielder in the same class as Joao Moutinho, who left for Wolves last summer.

The two clubs will spend today finalising terms and in what form the two transfers will take.
