Former Everton goalkeeper Jonas Lossl has signed with FC Midtjylland.
The Dane has returned to FCM, signing a contract to 2025.
"It is huge to be back in FC Midtjylland. There are so many people in the club - both among players, coaches and managers - who mean extremely much to me, so it makes really good sense for me to come home," says Lössl to FCM's website.
However, the 32-year-old goalkeeper has not returned home to sit on the bench.
He continued: "I'm looking into a great project. There is something I would like to achieve here, which I have not tried before, but which FCM has achieved since. I want to be a part of that, and I want to help us take the next step. It has also been the primary driving force for me to come home. I will be part of an ambitious club.
"I am a much more mature goalkeeper who has become rich in experience. I would really like to pass that on. I have played with a lot of talented players in some good leagues, but I also feel like I have my best goalkeeping years ahead of me yet. I come to deliver in the goal and chase championships and European success."
