DONE DEAL: Ibe leaves Liverpool for Bournemouth

Jordon Ibe has completed his transfer to AFC Bournemouth from Liverpool.

The 20-year-old has joined the Cherries on a four-year deal for a reported fee of £15million, making him the south coast club's record signing.

Ibe underwent a medical in Bournemouth on Wednesday, while agreeing personal terms, before finalising the move from Anfield to the Vitality Stadium on Thursday.

The former Wycombe Wanderers youngster and Derby County and Birmingham City loanee becomes Eddie Howe's fifth summer signing.

Cherries chief executive Neill Blake said of the signing: "We're delighted to bring Jordon to the football club.

"He played plenty of football with Liverpool last season and we're looking forward to seeing him to continue to grow now with us, he's a huge prospect.

"We've now signed five players this summer, all of whom have an abundance of potential.

"It shows that we're serious about nurturing talent at this football club and we have the long term in mind when we say we want to stay in the Premier League."
