ChampionshipWigan Athletic have signed Rangers keeper Matt Gilks on a permanent deal and Hull City duo, defender Alex Bruce and midfielder James Weir, on loan until the end of the season.
Bruce, 32, and Weir, 21, could feature against Sheffield Wednesday on Friday.
