Heerenveen have signed Manchester winger Filip Stevanovic on a two-season loan.
City snapped up Stevanovic in October from Partizan Belgrade for €8.5m.
"Filip is known as one of the bigger talents in Serbia," technical director Ferry de Haan told the Heerenveen website. "Both he and City have a good feeling about a loan of two seasons to our club. Filip is a goal-oriented attacker with pace and good individual action.
"His arrival provides more opportunities offensively and healthy competition with the other wingers in our squad."
Stevanovic has already passed the medical examination and is now waiting for a work permit in Belgrade.
